If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns if you contact us within 5 days of delivery. To receive a refund, ship the items back in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery and you will be issued a refund of the purchase price of the products received. Return shipping is not included.

Missing Order

What do I do if my order states delivered but I haven’t received it?

Before reaching out to us via email, please make sure you have done the following:

  • Please refer to your tracking number to determine where your items were delivered: receptionist, office, or mailbox.
  • Check with neighbors to ensure it was not delivered to the wrong address.
  • If you still cannot locate your package, please contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) to inquire about the delivery of your package.
  • If you are still unable to gain a resolution, please email us with your order details and steps taken to remedy the problem.
